The basic concepts we'll play by:
We will sim 2 days a week: Wed. and Sunday
Caps
We will have a reguler cap of 50 mill, a soft cap of 60 Million and a Hard Cap of 70 Mill
The soft and hard caps will not be enforced during our first season, however after that any team over the soft cap will be fined 1000 gm cash for every mill they are over the soft cap.
Any team over the Hard Cap following the reguler season will lose their highest scoring player to F/A immediatly, if still over the Hard Cap then they will lose their next highst scoring player. The salery will be then taken off the books and that team will lose their bird rights to that player. However the team will still be responsible for any fines they incured.
Teams over the Hard Cap during Free Agency will not be allowed to use the MLE or LLE.

Extensions
Extensions can be offered to players with one year left on there contracts.
Our first season will will allow teams to make offers for extensions to their players for free in the preseason. They will have 2nd and 3rd chances in that season to extend a player as well.
Afterwards though, each team will have 2 chances in the season to buy the rights to sign a player to an extension. For 3 gm points they can make an offer to a player for any length and any dollar amount. If the offer is accepted they will have to pay 1000 gm cash for each season.
If a offer is not accepted, or if a team adds a player during the course of the season then they will have another chance to extend that player with same rules on the Friday before the final reguler season sim.
Trades
Our trade deadline will be the final friday before our last sim of the reguler season.
Trades involving one or more teams who are over the cap must remain within 125% of saleries taken on by the team over the cap.
A player may not be traded back & forth between teams to circumvent cap rules during a trade such as player A being traded in part 1 of a trade and then traded back to the same team in part 2 of a trade. This includes deals made between multiple trades.
Trades suspected of being shaddy can be vetoed by the Judges- but a non judge must request a decision.
For a trade to be completed, a full description of the trade must be put in the Completed Trade section and all involved parties must accept the trade and include some sort of reason for making the deal.
A team cannot trade for a player they cut or waived unless a full season has passed since the cut or waive occured.
No trades with unmanned teams.
